Templates for Manuscript Preparation
To support authors in preparing their manuscripts, InterPore Journal provides both an official LaTeX template and a Word template for manuscript submissions. Use of either template is recommended, but not mandatory. Manuscripts prepared using other formats will still be considered, provided they meet the journal’s submission requirements.
Using these templates helps ensure that manuscripts follow the journal’s formatting and structure requirements from the outset. This can streamline the submission and review process and, if the article is accepted, facilitate the production process.
For further details on manuscript preparation, please refer to the Author Guidelines or contact the editorial office (Laura.Lenz@InterPore.org) if you have questions.
LaTex Template
The LaTeX template provides a ready-to-use document formatted according to the journal layout. It includes predefined styles for sections, figures, tables, and references, along with all required fonts.
You can download the complete LaTeX template package, including all required files, here:
https://ipjournal.interpore.org/index.php/interpore/libraryFiles/downloadPublic/13
How to use the template
- The template can be used with standard LaTeX editors and platforms (e.g. local TeX installations or Overleaf).
- For full font support and accurate journal styling, compilation with LuaLaTeX is recommended.
- Replace the sample text with your own content while keeping the structure intact.
- Figures, tables, and references should be prepared according to the instructions provided in the template.
- Supplementary material should be prepared as a separate LaTeX project, distinct from the main manuscript.
Word Template
The Word templates provide separate documents for the main manuscript text and supplementary material, each formatted according to the journal layout. They include predefined styles for headings, figures, tables, and references.
The official Word template files are available here:

👉 Supplementary material template: https://ipjournal.interpore.org/index.php/interpore/libraryFiles/downloadPublic/15
How to use the templates
- Open the templates in Microsoft Word or a compatible word-processing application.
- Replace the sample text with your own content while preserving the predefined styles and structure.
- Figures, tables, and references should be prepared according to the instructions provided in the templates.
